At Winner With You, action begins where it matters most—on the ground, with people. We don’t just run projects—we support journeys of change led by communities themselves.

Our work focuses on five key areas that shape lives and livelihoods across rural and tribal Jharkhand:

🌾 Sustainable Livelihoods

At Winner With You, we support rural and tribal communities in building dignified and lasting livelihoods—both on and beyond the farm. Our initiatives span sustainable agriculture, producer collectives, and craft-based rural enterprises. We work closely with farmers on jaggery and mustard value chains, promote scientific cultivation, and strengthen Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).

Alongside, we empower women and artisans through skill development in bamboo craft, jute work, and indigenous art forms like Sohrai and Paitkar—turning tradition into income.

📚 Education & Culture for a Better Future

We support underprivileged children through child sponsorship, a Montessori-inspired community school, and remedial learning centers in underserved areas. Our approach goes beyond academics—we nurture curiosity, confidence, and connection to local culture and values.

Through storytelling, play-based learning, and community engagement, we help children grow not just in knowledge, but with pride in who they are and where they come from.

🎨Traditional Art & Craft Revival

We preserve and promote indigenous art forms such as Sohrai-Khovar, Paitkar, and Dokra—not just as heritage, but as pathways to livelihoods.

By training artisans, especially women, and linking them to markets, exhibitions, and design support, we turn tradition into opportunity—ensuring that these timeless expressions continue to thrive and earn respect in modern spaces.

🧑‍🎓 Capacity Building

We build the capacity of farmers, artisans, frontline workers—and also support other grassroots organizations in strengthening their teams. Through training, exposure visits, and mentoring, we enhance skills, improve productivity, and nurture local leadership.

Our aim is to create a ripple effect—where individuals and institutions grow together and lead change within their own communities.

🔬 Research & Rural Development

We drive innovation by combining grassroots insights with field research, trials, and pilot initiatives in agriculture, crafts, and rural livelihoods. Our focus is on practical, locally adaptable solutions that enhance incomes, sustain traditional knowledge, and promote environmentally sound growth across rural Jharkhand.

By learning with the community—not just for them—we ensure that every idea tested on the ground is shaped by local wisdom and built for long-term impact.
