Vinit Kumar, Chairperson, Winner With You, is a postgraduate in development management. He is currently the Director of M/s Ecobasket Pvt. Limited Company at Surat, Gujrat. He is keenly interested in helping poor through women empowerment, livelihood and micro-enterprise development.Nisha Kumari is Vice Chairperson and also holding position of Fundraising Executive at Winner With You. She is Postgraduate in English(Hons.). She is interested in women empowerment and skill development, especially the poor and the disadvantaged.Prawesh Kumar Singh is Treasurer and Executive at Winner With You. He is an Engineer. As an Engineer, he had working experience with leading companies in India such as L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, Reliance chemicals, etc. One day, due to the self-realization, he decided to leave his engineering job and join social work to help the poor. Now, he is passionate for helping poor, through creative project implements, all to help them to come out of poverty. Narendra Kumar Pandey is a development consultant at Winner with You. Narendra Kumar Pandey is a Development Management Professional with 4 years of rich experience in CmF Tata Trusts, Foundation for Ecological Security (FES) , and FES. He is experienced in leading projects, filed studies, training, donor relations, government and others agencies advocacy and liaison. Core competencies in Program planning, Review, team management with experience of handling multiple projects at a time. He studied Master of Social Work in Development Management from Udaipur School of Social Work (USSW) affiliated to J.R.N. Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth University, Udaipur.
