Donation Refund Policy:

   aspects of their interactions with the organization. As such, we have established this Donation
   Refund Policy to provide clear guidelines on the circumstances under which a refund may be
   granted.
2. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Winner With You.
• Donors may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the donation date.

• Refunds will not be granted for donations made during fundraising events or campaigns,
  unless there has been a technical error in processing the donation.

Cancellation Policy:

Recurring Donations:

• Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting Winner With You via

• Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before the scheduled
  donation date to ensure timely processing.

One-Time Donations:

• One-time donations cannot be canceled once the transaction has been processed.
