People living in tribal area of Jharkhand are very poor, living without rights and dignity, without enough clothes, having broken and tiny houses, children were malnourished, women lack status and with several health issues, literacy level was very low, they don’t have proper access to drinking water, road connectivity, electricity, and so on..
With an aim to improve lives of the poor, WWY is working in Jharkhand on poverty reduction through sustainable livelihood promotion, Nutrition And Food Security and addressing environmental issues. The women and youth are the primary target group.
